The New Smyrna Beach Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Friday between rival motorcycle gangs.
According to NSBPD, the shooting happened in the 3000 block of Sr-44 and resulted in non-life-threatening injuries, although police did not disclose how many individuals were injured.
NSBPD asks that people avoid the area while the investigation is underway.
