Milton woman seriously injured in crash on Yellow River Bridge

A 38-year-old Milton woman has serious injuries after a crash on State Road 87 in the northbound lanes of the Yellow River Bridge Monday night, according to FHP.

The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. when the woman was traveling North and lost control of her sedan, causing her to collide with the bridge’s concrete barriers, according to troopers.

Troopers say this caused another sedan, driven by a 54-year-old Milton man, to collide with her sedan.

The woman was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
