The afternoon rush hour has been slowed to a crawl by a crash on I-75 southbound, approaching Sumter Blvd.
That crash has the left lane blocked, with traffic crawling at close to 10 mph for five miles.
Delays as of 5:15 p.m. were clocking in at 35 minutes.
