A 69-year-old woman has been charged with domestic violence-related aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after allegedly firing a shot at a family member during a disturbance at a home in Okaloosa County on Saturday.
Deputies say LT refused to exit the home on Sioux Circle when deputies from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene.
The Special Response Team was deployed and ultimately breached the door to take Taxter into custody.
T is currently being held at the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview.
Deputies responded to the call of an armed disturbance in the area, leading to the arrest.
