Two children, ages 5 and 7, have died after a fatal car crash in Glades happened Saturday night.
The crash happened on state Road 78 around 5:33 p.m.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the car carrying the children was being driven when another car collided with the right rear side of the vehicle, causing the car to crash into a concrete bridge rail.
The two children in the car were not wearing seat belts and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver had critical injuries, and the passenger had minor injuries. Both were taken to the hospital.
