The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says all northbound and southbound lanes in the 10900 block of San Jose Boulevard near I-295 are back open after closing to due to a traffic crash.

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue confirmed to First Coast News one person was transported from the scene to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
