Attic fire caused by lightning strike in Oviedo

The Seminole County Fire Department says lightning started a fire at a home in Oviedo.

The fire started on Kimberwicke Circle in Oviedo, not too far from Dean Road.

Firefighters say lightning hit a dryer vent around 5 p.m. on Saturday.

That resulted in a small fire in the attic.

Seminole County Fire Department says no one was hurt.
