A 6-year-old boy was attacked by his family’s dog on Monday morning, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office confirmed.
The boy had bite wounds to his head and leg but was conscious, alert and talking, VSO said.
Air One transported the child to Arnold Palmer for treatment.
