A car crashed into a Dollar General store located in Burnt Store Marina on Thursday.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to reports of a car crashing into the side of the store. Once on scene, deputies discovered the car had hit a water line.
Gulf Coast News reporter Muhammad Abdul Qawee was on the scene and spoke to the driver of the car, who said they were trying to park and crashed into the side of the building.
The driver reported no injuries in the crash.
