Firefighters in Fort Myers responded to a car that caught fire inside the Lee County employee parking garage, located just off Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, on Thursday morning.
The fire occurred on the second floor. Firefighters managed to get it under control before it could spread further, according to the fire department.
A Gulf Coast News reporter on the scene saw Fort Myers police and firefighters outside the garage as they contained the fire.
