A 24-year-old woman from North Carolina died after a boat collided with a sailboat on Friday night in the Florida Keys. According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Sydney Cole was in the 21-foot Century Bay boat that struck an anchored sailboat.
