Officers arrested a man they say shot his girlfriend last Saturday in Ocala. Donald Roberts Jr., 36, faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Ocala Police Department officers say Roberts chased his girlfriend on the second floor of the Motel Six on Northwest Blitchton Road and then shot her in the back.
