A woman endangered her 2-month-old baby girl by holding her in her arms during a violent rampage in Deerfield Beach Tuesday, leading to her arrest on child abuse and neglect charges, deputies said. On Wednesday, an accident on Hathaway Bridge led to a D.U.I. and careless driving arrest. Around 2:00 p.m., Brady Hawkins Mandigo, 35, of Panama City Beach, was driving west on U.S. Highway 98 when he attempted to change lanes and collided with another vehicle. A 15-year-old boy has been arrested for first-degree felony murder following a deadly shooting in Seminole County last month, police said. Sanford police detectives arrested the teenager on Wednesday in connection to the homicide of 22-year-old Brandon Leo of Orlando. Officials said he was already in custody for an unrelated charge.
