A police officer was involved in a crash, Wednesday, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Toledo Blade Boulevard and Hillsborough Boulevard, reporting a North Port Police Department vehicle was involved.
The crash happened in North Port’s jurisdiction but the vehicle’s final resting position was in Charlotte County, deputies said.
