Charlotte County man accused of exposing himself to juvenile, taking inappropriate photos of female

A Charlotte County man was arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to a juvenile girl and took photos of a female in a skirt while she was walking through a store.

According to the Arcadia Police Department, on May 28, police received complaints that a man was exposing himself and acting suspiciously at three businesses.

Detectives identified the man as Jonathan Mckeel, 36. The investigation found that Mckeel reportedly exposed himself to a juvenile girl and took photos of a female in a skirt while she was walking through a store aisle.

Mckeel faces charges of lewd or lascivious exhibition with a victim less than 16 years old and video voyeurism.
