A child was hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after it appears he or she was bitten by a dog in southwest Miami-Dade. authorities said.
Sky 10 flew over a home near the 24000 block of Southwest 182nd Street where a large police presence was in the area.
A Miami-Dade Fire Rescue spokesperson told Local 10 News that first responders transported the victim to a local hospital following the incident.
