A Clewiston woman was killed after her BMW drifted into oncoming traffic near the 51000 of Hwy 27 on Thursday.
According to a traffic report by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), at 3 p.m., 31-year-old SL, whose birthday was just two days away, crossed over the median from the northbound lane to the southbound lanes.
Her vehicle then broke through the western guardrail and continued northwest striking a tree, per PBSO.
The vehicle came to a rest overturned on its side. L was pronounced dead on the scene by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (PBCFR).
