Crash on Colonial Drive in Orlando leads to 16 people injured

Sixteen people were hurt after several vehicles crashed in West Orlando Monday morning.

The crash happened on West Colonial Drive near Ferguson Drive, just west of John Young Parkway.

Details on the crash are still unknown. News 6 photojournalist Megan Neeley is at the site, and she reports that police are on board a LYNX bus that appears to have damage.

Orlando Fire Department officials say 16 people were hurt, with 15 taken to nearby hospitals, but their injuries are not life-threatening.

News 6 has called the Orlando Police Department and LYNX to get more details.
