Crash On I-95 Near Yamato Slowing Traffic

UPDATE: At 7:49 a.m., both situations are resolving but congestion remains heavy in the area.

A major crash on I-95 northbound in the area of Yamato Road is slowing traffic in the area. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured. The crash was reported just after 7 a.m. The Florida Department of Transportation issued this advisory: “Crash involving truck in Palm Beach County on I-95 North, beyond Exit 48B: SR-794/Yamato Rd. 2 Right lanes blocked.” We also note a second incident in the area: “Crash in Palm Beach County on 95 Express South, ramp from I-95 Mainline/Congress Ave. On-ramp closed.”
