he Florida Highway Patrol responded to a crash, which led to a DUI arrest on Thomas Drive on Saturday.
According to a news release, just after 2 a.m., a 27-year-old Fountain man driving a sedan and a 22-year-old Panama City woman driving an SUV was traveling eastbound on County Road 392 in the left lane.
The sedan merged into the right lane preparing to perform a U-turn, the SUV continued eastbound in the left lane past the sedan, FHP officials said.
The sedan failed to observe the other vehicle behind him and began to turn left to turn around. Troopers said this action caused the left front of the sedan to collide with the right front of the SUV.
No one was injured in the crash, officials confirmed.
During the investigation, probable cause was developed, and 22-year-old Krista Katelyn Hogan was arrested for DUI.
