A crash with injuries is blocking traffic in West Palm Beach near Northwood Village.
The West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) said that the 2300 block of North Dixie Highway is currently closed.
Officials are urging drivers to use North or South Flagler Drive as an alternate route.
WPBPD has not indicated when the road will be reopened.
