A crash with injuries on the northbound Turnpike in Lake Worth is slowing down traffic on Thursday morning.
Florida 511 reported a crash just before Mile Marker 91 at 6:10 a.m.
In the latest update at 6:12 a.m., officials said that the left lane has been blocked.
The Florida Highway Patrol said that the crash involves injuries.
