Crashes backed up northbound, southbound lanes of I-95 in Palm Beach County

Traffic was drawn to a halt Tuesday morning in Palm Beach County as two different crashes blocked multiple lanes of I-95 at the same location.

The incidents were around Forest Hill Boulevard, exit 66. Three northbound lanes of the interstate were blocked due to a major crash around 6:45 a.m. but have since reopened. A moderate crash was reported around 7:35 a.m. on I-95 South directly across the walled median from where the first incident happened, according to the Florida 511 website.

Photos and videos from the area showed commuters backed up across all lanes as drivers squeezed by the crashes.

It appears the incidents were between Lake Worth Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida 511 shows.
