Crashes on I-95 South in Jacksonville caused rush-hour backups for driver on Thursday.
The Florida Highway Patrol reported a multi-vehicle crash on the I-95 South ramp to MLK Parkway and another crash on I-95 South at 8th Street.
A live traffic camera in the area showed heavy backups around 5 p.m.
As of 6 p.m., traffic was flowing more smoothly, and the crashes were cleared.
