Firefighters responded to a structure fire that ignited along South Mallard Lane in Lee County Wednesday night.
According to San Carlos Park firefighters, calls came in at approximately 8 p.m. about a barn/workshop that caught on fire.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire before it could extend to any of the outbuildings or property. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
San Carlos Park Fire, Estero Fire, Lee County EMS and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
