Deadly motorcycle crash kills 52-year-old Okeechobee man

A 52-year-old Okeechobee man was killed Friday night after impacting a mini-cooper at a high rate of speed in Lake Worth.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), around 7:30 p.m., K K N was riding his Suzuki motorcycle westbound on Lake Worth Road near Palm Beach State College.

A Mini Cooper entered the westbound lane just as N camp up behind it. Unable to slow down, deputies say the bike impacted the back of the small car.

First responders arrived at 8 p.m. transporting N to St. Mary’s Medical Center where he later died from his injuries. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

The report indicated that the driver of the Mini did not sustain injuries.
