Lee County deputies responded to a home along 21st St. SW in Lehigh Acres for a stabbing.
Neighbors sent NBC2 video of the scene, showing an ambulance and at least five LCSO cars lining the street Saturday night.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office said someone had a stab wound to the hand and the people involved knew each other.
LCSO is investigating.
