Deputies: Stolen vehicle from Alabama crashes outside of NAS Pensacola

A stolen vehicle from Alabama was involved in a crash outside of NAS Pensacola Tuesday afternoon, according to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.

Escambia County deputies located the stolen vehicle around 2:30 p.m. They then began to follow the driver.

Deputies say the driver was speeding and crashed the vehicle. Deputies had no part in the vehicle’s crash, according to the sheriff’s office.

The driver was not injured.
