Police said a “dispute” between two men led to a shooting in St. Petersburg Thursday night.
The incident unfolded just before 9 p.m. outside of a home on 15th Avenue South, according to a spokesperson for the St. Petersburg Police Department.
One man shot the other and then fled the scene, detectives said.
Authorities said the victim was taken to a hospital with what appeared to be “non-life threatening” injuries.
The investigation was ongoing Thursday night, and no other details were immediately available.
