Understanding Negligent Security in Shooting Cases

Many shooting incidents occur in places where better security could have prevented them. Property owners have a legal duty to provide a safe environment for visitors and tenants. When they fail to do so—by ignoring broken gates, failing to hire security, or neglecting to install proper lighting—they may be held liable for injuries that occur on their premises. Ovadia Law Group specializes in negligent security cases and knows how to prove when a property owner’s inaction contributed to a shooting. Their legal team gathers surveillance footage, incident reports, and expert testimony to build a strong case. If you or a loved one was injured in a shooting due to poor security, you may be entitled to compensation. Don’t let negligence go unchallenged.
