A driver was critically injured early Monday when their car struck light poles and split into two in an Orlando crash, according to the police department.
The wreck happened around 2:45 a.m. on North Orange Blossom Trail near Amelia Street.
According to the Orlando Police Department, the car had left the roadway and hit light poles, splitting into two and ejecting the driver.
The driver, whose age has not been released, was taken to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
No other information was released.
