At 11:40 p.m. on Friday night, a tragic incident unfolded when a Go Kart driver was heading westbound along Hudson Avenue, located just east of Sisters Lane in Hudson. During their journey, an unidentified truck or sport utility vehicle approached the Go Kart from behind.
In a devastating turn of events, the vehicle collided with the Go Kart and callously departed the scene without stopping to render aid. Regrettably, the Go Kart driver lost their life at the site of the collision.
