Employees at a Gainesville real estate agency arrived at work Tuesday morning to find their building damaged.

A vehicle crashed into the Mills Group of Keller Williams office on Northwest Eighth Avenue overnight. The vehicle hit the building outside the employee breakroom.

Gainesville Police Department officers confirm SZZ, 28, was arrested on DUI charges.

“It was actually worse than I thought it would be, to be honest. I would have assumed they were going slower than they were,” said Jonathan Mills. “So, it was pretty tragic this morning when I came out, and everything is in disarray.”

Appointments continued at the main Keller Williams office in Gainesville on Tower Road.

This developing story will be updated when more information is learned.
