Escambia County firefighters extinguish early morning house fire

Escambia County Fire Rescue extinguished a house fire Tuesday morning.

It took place at the 400 block of Old Corry Field Road at 7:03 a.m.

Approximately 50% of the home was immersed in flames, according to ECFR.

ECFR says the fire department brought the incident under control by 7:19 a.m. and had the fire completely distinguished by 7:32 a.m.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office was notified and are investigating the cause of the fire.

There were no injuries or fatalities.
