SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A woman was found shot to death in a Venice neighborhood Wednesday night, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office said.
The sheriff’s office says at about 11:36 p.m. deputies responded to a reported shooting in the 300 block of Cowry Road. Once at the residence, deputies found the body of a woman identified as Leanna M. Leach.
