FHP: Crash involving Putnam County deputy leaves woman injured

A woman was injured in a crash involving a Putnam County deputy in his patrol vehicle Tuesday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Crill Avenue and Horseman Club Road in Palatka at 7:54 a.m., the crash report states.

FHP did not say in the report what events led up to the crash but said the 32-year-old woman suffered minor injuries and was driving a 2017 Nissan Sentra.

The deputy, also 32 years old, did not suffer any injuries in the crash, according to the report.
