Fire in Delray Beach closes South Ocean Boulevard

A stretch of road in Delray Beach is closed while firefighters battle a structure fire on Wednesday morning.

Delray Beach Fire Rescue (DBFR) said crews are at the scene of a residential structure fire at the intersection of Nassau Street and South Ocean Boulevard. Photos show the large building crews are working on extinguishing.

DBFR said South Ocean Boulevard is closed from Ocean Terrace to Casuarina Road while crews work to put out the fire.

Motorists in the area are asked to plan ahead and take alternate routes.
