The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a firefighter was injured in a rollover accident on Friday.
We are told the fire engine rolled over on Highway 2 near James Peaden Road.
Highway 2 is currently closed for an unknown time.
Law enforcement said the firefighter has been taken via medical helicopter to an area hospital.
The Florida Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
