A fire sparked at a mobile home along Anglers Drive in Bonita Springs, prompting firefighters to hop into action.
The blaze was reported on Monday afternoon.
According to the Bonita Springs Fire Control District, the homeowner was checked out for minor injuries, and fire crews were able to rescue all 10 of his pet rabbits.
Bonita Springs Fire shared a video of firefighters nursing one of the homeowner’s smallest rabbits back to health. Crews gave it air with custom pet masks after it inhaled smoke.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, and fire officials are investigating.
