Firefighters: Woman displaced after early morning house fire in Riverview

A woman lost her Riverview home in a fire Wednesday morning, authorities said.

Firefighters responded to the blaze on Anderson Drive near Graystone Place after receiving a call from the woman saying her entire house was on fire, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue said in a news release.

Crews reportedly battled the fire using a defensive attack from outside the mobile home, officials said. Firefighters were able to knock down the blaze in 30 minutes.

The woman confirmed with crews that everyone in the home was safely evacuated. No injuries were reported, but the American Red Cross has been called in to help the displaced woman.

Firefighters are still investigating the cause of the fire, according to officials.
