Florida Highway Patrol vehicle rear-ended in Martin County crash

A Florida Highway Patrol vehicle was involved in a multi-vehicle crash on Monday in Martin County.

A spokesperson for FHP told WPBF 25 News that an FHP patrol vehicle was stopped for a school bus when a Dodge Ram 3500 rear-ended the patrol vehicle.

Because of the collision, the front of an Infinity collided with the rear of the Dodge Ram.

The spokesperson said no life-threatening injuries were reported. SW Martin Highway eastbound and westbound were closed until Martin County Fire Rescue cleared the scene.
