FHP troopers are investigating after a vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree in Levy County, killing the driver.
Troopers say a 56-year-old man from Gainesville was behind the wheel around 2:40 Wednesday afternoon.
First responders found his car on the side of the highway with its front end against a tree.
First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.
