A Wewahitchka man was arrested after he allegedly fired a shotgun multiple times at a vehicle on Monday.
According to the Gulf County Sheriff’s Office, shortly before 2 p.m., deputies responded to a shooting in the 600 block of Dead Lakes Drive.
Deputies said the caller reported they had been shot at multiple times by 63-year-old A “T” F.
Upon arrival, deputies and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers began searching for F.
Deputies said Fleming appeared from his home holding a shotgun and was taken into custody.
One victim sustained minor cuts from glass shattered by the impact of the pellets.
F was charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
F has been transported to the Gulf County Detention Facility, where he awaits his first appearance.
