Gunman opens fire at Pembroke Park gas station.

Police in Pembroke Park say a gunman took off after a shooting and remains at large.

The gunman reportedly opened fire at the Chevron gas station along West Hallandale Beach Boulevard Saturday evening.

Police say the shooting occurred after a man demanded gas but refused to pay for it.

When the clerk said no, he allegedly went back to his car and fired four rounds at the gas station’s front door.

No injuries were reported.

Anyone with information about the shooter’s identity is asked to call the Pembroke Park Police Department or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
