A harbor pilot has died after falling overboard into the water by St. Andrews Pass on Monday night.
The United States Coast Guard said two harbor pilots were on the vessel when one, who was climbing a Jacobs ladder, fell into the water.
The U.S. Coast Guard reported that the pilot was found within five minutes, and CPR was performed.
The pilot was later pronounced dead by EMS.
