Law enforcement officials responded to a deadly ATV crash in Hawthorne early Wednesday morning.
Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies say the crash happened at the intersection of State Road 20 and Lake Shore Drive.
They say two people were on the ATV when it flipped over and crash. One passenger died at the scene while the other was taken to a nearby trauma hospital.
This is an ongoing investigation.
