Hay trailer rollover disrupts I-75 traffic in Gainesville

A rollover crash disrupted traffic on Interstate 75 in Gainesville late Thursday afternoon.

Around 5 p.m., Alachua County sheriff’s deputies posted on Facebook a trailer hauling hay flipped over near the NW 39th Ave. exit.

Hay was spilled along the interstate.

Southbound traffic was reduced to one lane, but traffic appeared to be moving by around 6 p.m.
