Huff and Puff: Stoned woman starts stabbing after being ignored, victim says

A woman allegedly high on aerosol fumes is accused of stabbing a man after her cries for attention went unheeded.

The Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) said that they responded to a call about a stabbing at a home on March 21.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim, who reported that BR had been “huffing” aerosol from an electric cleaner throughout the night and was seeking his attention.

When the victim ignored her, R, 43, allegedly grabbed a knife and lunged at him.

In her statement to the police, R claimed that she had been in the room “huffing” and did not know how the victim got injured. She said she ran to grab towels to help stop the bleeding.

R has been accused of aggravated battery causing bodily harm.
