Husband dead, wife in critical condition following domestic-related shooting
According to authorities, deputies responded to the 19200 block of Southwest 376th Street just before 10:15 p.m. after receiving reports about a shooting.
Deputies said they found a woman and man at the scene who had been shot.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and a gun was found next to his body, authorities said.
According to deputies, the man’s wife was airlifted by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to an area hospital in critical condition.
The MDSO Homicide Bureau has assumed the investigation.
No other details were immediately released.
