The Orlando Police Department arrested two sisters accused of assaulting a Frontier Airlines gate agent at Orlando International Airport, May 15.
The sisters were ejected from the New Jersey-bound flight for intoxication and causing a disturbance before takeoff.
The Orlando Police Department’s bodycam footage shows the aftermath of the alleged assault on the jet bridge. In the footage, the airline employee told police that the younger sister, K L, shouted expletives before shoving her, causing the elder sister to engage in the assault.
L stated that she was provoked by a flight attendant who touched her chest and did not remember the gate agent falling.
According to the Orlando Police Department, the sisters were arrested and charged with first-degree battery and disorderly intoxication. Both sisters underwent counseling and treatment through a pretrial intervention program.
